Introduction

Computer viruses have become a big menace to computer users, especially to those who use the Internet, and are posing a considerable threat to millions of computers around the world.

A computer virus is a code that attaches itself to a file or a program and spreads from one computer to another. It spreads across computer disks and networks by quickly making multiple copies of itself. This can seriously affect the data stored on a computer and may even lead to the computer crashing. As long as the virus remains active in a computer, it can copy itself to other disks or files that are accessed....
