Should be an MBA or PGDBA/PGDBM from a prestigious university/institution.
Excellent academic record and good knowledge of all management subjects.
Should have between 2 and 6 years of post-qualification experience.
Should have inclination towards academics.
Should have a flair for writing and possess good computer skills.
Good project management and leadership skills.
