• • Preparation of research-based articles for our management journals.
• • Preparation of articles for publication in IUP magazines and external publications.
• • Mentoring and developing research associates and faculty associates.
• • Should be an MBA or PGDBA/PGDBM from a prestigious university/institution.
• • Excellent academic record and good knowledge of all management subjects.
• • Should have inclination towards academics.
• • Should have a flair for writing and possess good computer skills.
