It is the use of game thinking and game mechanics in non-game contexts with the goal of engaging the target audience with a product or service, measuring or evaluating a potential recruit, or for training purposes. We will look at innovative ways in which organizations are employing gamification in a separate blog post.

The three cases work very well together to make executives/students understand the issues and challenges related to Policy and Procedure Management and Compliance Management. And the icing on the cake is that they are in the engaging comic book format. And who does not like a comic book?
