Syeda Ikrama

Sr. Research Associate

Dr. Syeda Ikrama is a Senior Research Associate at IBS Case Research Center, ICFAI. She has published over 50+ case studies, many of which have won awards and some of which are published in reputed journals. She has a PhD in Business Management from Telangana University, India and an MBA and B.Com from Osmania University (OU), India. She has also qualified for UGC-NET. She has 12+ years of experience in case writing, teaching, and research. She has published several research papers, articles, and case studies in reputed journals. Her areas of interests include Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship, Business Strategy, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, and Leadership. She was awarded first prize by Emerald Publishing in 2021 in the Case For Women competition and secured the second prize in the CEEMAN Emerald Case Writing Competition in 2024.

Prior to joining ICFAI, she was an assistant professor for three years and associate professor for two years at the MBA Department, ISL Engineering College (OU), and she was also part of teaching assignments for undergrad programs at St. Ann’s Degree College (OU) for a brief period.
