Mr. Jitesh Nair

Jitesh is a Research Faculty at IBS-CRC. He has two decades of diverse experience in academic and corporate environments. He has been involved in various initiatives across the Information value chain including bespoke market research consulting, process management and audit, and developing learning content for research teams. He has helped conceptualize and design the curriculum for training and management programs and has also taught management courses for graduates and executives.

Jitesh has co-authored textbooks in general management and marketing and published various research reports, articles, and case studies. He currently conducts case-based research that sits on the boundaries of entrepreneurship, consumer behavior, and organizational learning. His most recent interests have been to understand the underlying nature of human well-being and work on related learning methodologies for self-management.

Jitesh, who has a graduate degree in Biotechnology and a post graduate management degree and is pursuing a PhD program in Management, is passionate about creating uniquely positive participant-centered learning programs and undertaking capability building, knowledge creation, and development initiatives within and outside the organization.
