Munmun Samantarai

Dr. Munmun has more than a decade of experience in management education and research. She is MBA (HR and Marketing) from ICFAI University- Dehradun, UGC-NET qualified and holds PhD degree in Business Administration from Utkal University, Odisha.

Dr. Munmun has authored many case studies in areas of Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Marketing, Business Strategy, Entrepreneurship and Sustainability. Case studies authored by Dr. Munmun featured in The Case Center’s Best Selling Cases list. Case studies authored by her have won many national and international case writing competitions including AIMA-ICRC Case Writing Competition, K J Somaiya Case Competition, Anubhav Management Case Study Contest (organized by SAIL and NHRDN), and Emerald Case for Women Case Writing Competition. Case studies authored by Munmun have been published by reputed case journals such as The Case Journal (Emerald Publishing Limited).

Dr. Munmun has 6 years of experience in teaching OB and HR subjects to BBA and MBA students in Sambalpur University and BPUT respectively. She has participated in many national and International conferences, seminars and workshops and attended FDPs at IIT-Kharagpur. Her research papers have been published in SCOPUS and ABDC-indexed journals.
