V. Namratha Prasad

Faculty Member

Namratha has 15+ years of experience in the areas of research and content development. Namratha has worked for 10.5+ years at the Case Research Center (CRC), IBS Hyderabad, and for 3 years in Cognizant Technology Solutions, Hyderabad. She is presently a Faculty Member at IBS CRC. She has authored and co-authored more than 150 cases and managed teams of between 2 and 4 people.

Several cases written by Namratha have made it to the best-selling list of The Case Centre. She won the 2014 EFMD case competition in the ‘Latin American Business Case’ category, the case method community’s annual ‘Oscars’ for the year 2016 in the ‘Ethics and Social Responsibility’ category, the 2019 CEIBS Nominated Case Award, and the 2022 EFMD Case Competition in Family Business and Finance and Banking Categories.

Namratha is an MBA (Finance and Information Systems) from the Osmania University College of Commerce and Business Management (OUCCBM), Hyderabad, and a B.Com (Hons) from Indian Institute of Management and Commerce (IIMC), Hyderabad.
