Sr. Research Associate

Mrs. Shwetha Kumari is working as Senior Research Associate at IBS Hyderabad from 7 years and pursuing PhD in Economics from Christ University, Bangalore. Shwetha started her career in 2014, as a content developer K2 Learning Resources India Pvt. Ltd from (2014-2015). She moved to IBS Hyderabad, as a research Associate from (2015-2016). Then she moved to Amity Research Centers, Amity University, as a Faculty Research Associate (2016-2018). She has authored and co-authored more than 150 case studies and teaching aids which are used for class learning and consulting assignments by several universities globally in in Economics, Politics and Business Management, Sustainability and Technology. She has published her case study in Emerging Markets Case Studies (EMCS) journal, abstracted and indexed by Scopus, titled “Lynn Good’s green dilemma: leading Duke Energy’s transition” and "Empowering farmers and enhancing sustainability: Inaru's impact on the Dominican cocoa industry," which won the 2024 Emerald/CEEMAN Case Writing Competition. She has won several International and national Case Writing Awards. She has won the third best case study award in the 2nd AIMA ICRC Case Writing Competition & Conference, 2022. She also won the Oikos Case Writing Competition 2020 1st prize for my case study on Sustainability by Oikos International, University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. Cogndla Inc., a US-based Academic Publishing House, selected my Case Study ’China's Belt And Road Initiative.
