Operating in five countries with an over 45,000-strong workforce, MAS was considered one of the most trusted suppliers to global brands such as Victoria's Secret , Speedo , Marks & Spencer , and Nike .

Industry experts attributed the success of the company to its focus on innovation, which swiftly percolated to the rest of its subsidiaries (Refer to Exhibit I for the subsidiaries of MAS Holdings).
