Bestselling Cases List

IBS has retained the Second Place next only to Harvard Business School in The Case Center's 2025 Bestselling Cases List. This is the fifth year in a row that IBS has bagged the Second Place in the Bestselling Cases List.

Nine IBS cases have also found a place in The Case Centre's Classic Case Collection 2025. Classic cases are over 10 years old. The top ten best-sellers in each subject category, based on the number of individual organisations ordering and teaching the case over the last five years, are included.

Editorial Advisory Board

Five CRC Case Authors have been included in the Editorial Advisory Board of Scopus and ABDC indexed The CASE Journal. They are: Anil Anirudhan; Syeda Ikrama; Jitesh Nair; V. Namratha Prasad; and Koti Vinod Babu.

Workshops/Conferences/FDPs

Dr. KBS Kumar and Prof. Indu Perepu were panelists in a Webinar conducted by Ivey Publishing on the topic: "Designing High-Impact Case Discussions: Lessons from Award-Winning Sustainability Cases" on Feb 3, 2026.

Mr. Sanjib Dutta was a Resource Person for a workshop on Effective Case Teaching and Writing: Best Practices; Designing and Writing Effective Cases and Designing and Writing Effective Cases (practice session) organized by IFHE in collaboration with the UGC–Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Centre (UGC-MMTTC), Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College, University of Delhi on March 10th & 11th, 2026.

Mr. Sanjib Dutta was a Resource Person for a workshop on Case Writing conducted as part of the ICOMBS 2026 on 13th March, 2026.

Mr. Sanjib Dutta chaired a technical session at the 12th ICOMBS 2026 on 13th March, 2026.

Dr. Koti Vinod Babu and Mr. Anil Anirudhan presented a case each at ICOMBS 2026.

Mr. Sanjib Dutta was a Resource Person for an Online FDP titled "Leveraging Generative AI and Case Studies in Management Education" organized by IBS, ICFAI University Dehradun from May 11 to May 15, 2026. Sanjib took two sessions, Writing Business Case Studies – I & II on May 13-14, 2026. More than 50 participants attended the case writing workshop.

Mr. Anil Anirudhan presented a Case Study at the National Case Conference held at Dayananda Sagar University on May 8-9, 2026.

Publication

"Juliet Tumusiime’s Cheveux Organique: turning banana waste into hair", a case study co-authored by Dr. Munmun Samantarai and Mr. Sanjib Dutta has been published by The CASE Journal (TCJ) on Feb 12, 2026. TCJ is indexed in Scopus and ABDC.
