Abstract

The case “Alberto Pérez: Rocking the Fitness World with Zumba” discusses the entrepreneurship journey of Colombian dancer and choreographer, Alberto Pérez (Pérez), who developed a unique fitness program called ‘Zumba’ that went on to become the world’s largest branded fitness program.
