IBS Hyderabad is organizing an International Case Study Conference in partnership with ecch and Universiti Utara Malaysia on December 14-15, 2012. The theme topic of the conference is "Social Media and Business."
Case authors, academicians and corporate executives are invited to present case studies on "Social Media and Business" and other topics including Business Environment and Economics, Business Ethics and Corporate Governance, General Management & Strategy, Finance and Accounting, IT, Systems and Operations Management, Marketing and Human Resource and Organizational Behavior. As a part of the event, on December 13, 2012, there will be a Preconference Workshop on Case Writing conducted by ecch. The participants will gain expertise on various aspects of case writing from an expert tutor. All the participants of the workshop will get a "certificate of participation" from ecch.
In addition, there will be a Concurrent Workshop on Case Methodology (December 14-15, 2012). The objective of this workshop is to expose the participants to different methods of training using the case methodology. The sessions in the workshop will be handled by eminent trainers from different functional areas, who have spent a considerable amount of time using this student-centered methodology.
