Mrs. Julie Isaac is a MA (Economics) and B.Ed. She has total of 28 years’ experience, which includes teaching, case writing, courseware development, publications and administrative activities. Ms. Julie has been associated with ICFAI for more than 25 years. She is presently Assistant General Manager, Case Research Center. She performs multiple roles including coordinating with all IBS Campuses for providing access to CRC Cases, client-servicing, coordinating with Accounts, IT, HR, Publications and HQ. Additional roles include updating IFHE Websites, providing the required CRC related support for all accreditations to Dean – Accreditation, providing CRC related data and documentation. Julie is also the CRC Case Collection Manager. She coordinates with the Case Centre, UK for all CRC case-related requirements.
