Concurrent Workshop on Case Study Methodology

World over in all major universities, institutions, and corporate training, case methodology is being extensively used. Using the case study methodology not only brings real life experiences into the classroom but also provides the students an opportunity to hone their decision making skills. But using the case study methodology is challenging and the trainer needs to undergo training in order to use this method effectively. The objective of this workshop is to expose the participants to key aspects of using case methodology. The sessions in the workshop will be handled by eminent trainers from different functional areas, who have spent a considerable amount of time using the case method. The trainers will share their experiences, especially on encouraging students to participate, having a set flow, taking care of the digressers, and also on evaluation of students. The aim will be to train the participants in order to make the case method a great learning experience for the students as well as the instructor.
