Adopting a Learning Management System

In March 2013, Ruby, the Coordinator for the new Learning Management System (LMS) at a leading B-school TBS, and Julie, Head Administrator, e-Learning and Systems Department of the university, pondered upon the issues that have cropped up related to the usage of the LMS.
