Vol 3, Issue 03, Aug 2021

Dear Reader,

We are happy to present the August 2021 edition of our e-newsletter – Just in! Case. In the Featured Case section, we present two cases: one on an FMCG major’s journey in putting sustainability at the core of its business strategy and the other on a banking major’s exit from its consumer business in India.

We provide information on our recently published cases and bestselling cases in Q1 FY22. In the Perspectives section, we speak to Gina Grandy, Professor of Strategy & Leadership and Dean, Hill and Levene Schools of Business, University of Regina, Canada, and Editor of the Case Research Journal published by The North American Case Research Association.

IBS CRC has won two awards in the 2021 E-PARCC Annual Teaching Case and Simulation Competition organized by The Program for the Advancement of Research on Conflict and Collaboration (PARCC) at the Syracuse University Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, USA. One of our case studies was also a ‘Finalist’ in the 2021 Academy of Management Dark Side Case Competition.

We look forward to receiving feedback from you on this edition of Just in! Case.

Best Wishes!
