In 2008, Neumann met Miguel McKelvey (McKelvey) at a common friend’s house. They two became good friends and connected frequently to discuss business ideas. Neumann owned a partially sinking baby clothing brand in 2008 which he had named “Krawlers”. He was searching for a small office space for his company.
