Abstract:
This case study is about a young executive who had donned the mantle of a
first-line manager for the first time after having successfully worked as a
sales representative for more than five years.
Within a year of joining the new
company, he found the pressures of the job and the new life overwhelming.
The
case study explores in detail the under-lying reasons that have resulted in such
a situation.
