Unlike big smartphone manufacturers like Samsung which spent billions of dollars on marketing their devices, OnePlus focused on online marketing and community interaction. The Road Ahead

On January 18, 2016, OnePlus announced that it would offer free standard shipping on all orders with a minimum value of US$100.The offer also extended to customers ordering from different countries, though currency limits varied depending on the country. However some experts felt that though it was a wise move to attract customers, free shipping across the board would certainly eat into the company’s bottom line.
