About Tandem
Tandem Bank was a challenger bank founded in 2015 by the trio of Ricky Knox (Knox) (an MBA from INSEAD, Knox was an entrepreneur who built several successful businesses), Matt Cooper (Cooper) (a Chemistry Graduate from Princeton university, Cooper was Principal Managing Director of Capital One Bank Europe plc.), and Michael Kent (Kent) (an MBA from INSEAD, Kent co-founded several companies including Azimo, a successful European fintech company). Tandem’s humble yet ambitious vision was to 'build a good bank' and it had the customer-centric mission ‘to free customers of money misery'.
