Introduction
On April 25, 2018, multinational consumer-packaged goods company Danone launched its ‘One Person, One Voice, One Share’ program (OPOVOS) for its employees at its shareholders’ meeting. Through One Person and One Voice components of the program, the company wanted to ensure that its employees located across the world would co-own and contribute to the company’s sustainability agenda and also provide feedback to put in place a roadmap to implement Danone’s 2030 Goals aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs).
