Introduction
Busy at his desk, Selvam was finalizing the report on finances of the company he had joined newly. Selvam was the financial analyst of Cochin International Airport Limited (CIAL), Cochin. Prior to joining CIAL he had been working at HUDCO as an Economist and was involved in managing projects in the New Delhi Office. Cochin International Airport Limited had made a bid for Mumbai and Delhi airports after the Government had decided to privatize their operations and had called for 'request for proposals'.
