Introduction
The world’s largest beverages company, The Coca-Cola Company (Coca-Cola), employed various Business Intelligence (BI) tools throughout its organization. BI technology was used in one of the most remarkable ways at its largest independent bottling partner Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated (CCBC) , which had been beset with major issues due to manual reporting procedures.
