| On September 24, 2019, CleanMax Enviro Energy Solutions Pvt Ltd (CleanMax Solar), headquartered in Mumbai, India, (Refer to Figure I for CleanMax Solar’s logo) announced that it had entered into a partnership with the Danube Group of Dubai. . As part of the agreement, CleanMax Solar would commission a 1,200 KWp solar rooftop plant at Danube’s manufacturing facility in Techno Park, Dubai. The solar project was expected to result in a savings of US$ 81,680 for Danube annually on its electricity consumption bills.
