Roy started his career as Regional Manager with Pizza Express in the year 1997 and continued there up to 2002. He then worked for many companies like Amoretto’s Retail Pvt. Ltd (2002-04), Mars Restaurants Limited (2004-06), Global Franchise Architects (2006-08), Daily Bread Gourmet Foods (I) Pvt Ltd – a subsidiary of Britannia Industries Ltd (2008-12), and Zooropa Foods (2012-15) as chief operating officer (COO).
