INTRODUCTION

Launched on June 22, 2017, goodfeel, a specialized undergarment that allowed women to relieve themselves while standing, went on to win its inventor, Ashutosh Joshi (Ashutosh), a number of innovation and start-up awards. World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO ) published all the technical papers on a patent for the product for Ashutosh on February 8, 2017.

goodfeel had its genesis in an incident involving Ashutosh’s daughter. The girl was diagnosed with urinary tract infection (UTI) because she tried as much as possible to avoid using the often ill-maintained school toilets...
