In February 2016, US-based Eileen Fisher Inc. (EF), a women’s fashion company, made an official announcement on receiving its B Corporation (B Corp) Certification from B Lab (Refer to Exhibit I for details). With this certification, EF not only became the largest women’s apparel company to be named a B Corp, but also the biggest B Corp company in New York.
