Founded in 1975, Charlotte Russe was a privately-held fashion brand for young women. It was a mall-based specialty retailer of apparel and accessories including purses, shoes, jewellery, sunglasses, accessories, clothing, formal dresses, and even some decorations targeting young women between the ages of 13 and 35.
