Abstract Case Intro
Peter and Kate Winslet were married 15 years ago. They had two children - a boy of 12 and a girl of 8. One fateful day, Peter met with an accident and was severely injured. Peter's vehicle was also badly damaged. The other vehicle, which was involved in the accident, was also damaged.
Since the injury was quite serious, the medical bills amounted to a huge sum. Kate found it difficult to arrange for the money. She sought her uncle's help.
He suggested that she convey the news of Peter's accident to the insurance company and claim compensation so that she could pay Peter's medical bills. She wrote to the insurance company and waited for their response.
