In November 2020, the company went beyond the physical health of its workers and also focused on their mental health and emotional wellbeing. Through Nike’s EAP, the sportswear giant offered free virtual counseling sessions which gave its employees and their families’ access to trained counselors who helped them address issues such as managing stress to finding services for elderly care..
