In September 2023, Araku Coffee, backed by Naandi Foundation, an NGO, received a lot of attention from the delegates of the G-20 summit held in New Delhi, India. Araku Coffee was part of the display at the Andhra Pradesh pavilion at the summit and showcased India’s forest based agricultural sector. G Suresh Kumar, Vice Chairman and Managing Director, Girijan Cooperative Corporation Ltd., Visakhapatnam, India, commented, “It is a great pleasure to showcase Araku Valley Coffee products at the Andhra Pradesh Pavilion at the G-20 Summit in New Delhi and to introduce the flavours of Araku coffee grown by tribals.”..
