Salesforce ensured that the onboarding team sat with the new joiners during the onboarding process rather than separately with the HR team. Some part of the program was done at the respective locations across the globe and the new hires were then flown in to San Francisco headquarters to attend the onboarding bootcamp conducted at Salesforce University.
